Excursion to a nearby historical town or castle / Prague, Guided Tour
Excursion will be specified.
Oral presentations and posters:
Oral presentations should last 20 minutes, followed by a 5-minute discussion. The use of PowerPoint or OpenOffice for visual display of illustrations and images is preferred and captions should be in English.
The official languages of the conference are English, German and French. Posters should be in portrait format and dimensions should not exceed 100 by 70 cm ("B1" format).
Abstracts:
Deadline for abstract submission: 30th of November 2014
Potential participants are invited to submit to the International Committee and the Scientific Committee an abstract of one page (up to 300 words) with the title of the paper or poster in capital letters, the name and position of the author(s), and a clear indication of whether the presentation will be oral or a poster. The text and accompanying details should be sent to the following address: contacts.conference@ff.cuni.cz in MS Word or OpenOffice format.
Publication:
It is intended to publish the conference proceedings as soon as possible, by the Masaryk University at Brno.
Conference costs:
We can help finding a suitable accommodation for you, but cannot cover the costs.
Coffee-breaks and reception will be covered by the organisers, as will also be the guided tour of Prague in English.
Participants are kindly asked to provide their lunches by themselves.
The excursion to a nearby historical town or castle will likewise be charged separately.
Registration Fee:
25 EUR or 700,- CZK (to be paid at the registration)
